Overview

The villa is situated on a quiet development and it has a post office, bank, petrol stations, eateries and an invaluable supermarket nearby. It is only 20 minutes from the “Magic of Disney” - in fact it is centrally located so that you never have to drive too far to any of the major attractions. Close by is the US 192 which runs through Kissimmee and which is packed with restaurants, shops and entertainment.

Facilities

The bonus of a holiday home is to be able to stretch out by your very own pool. Barbecues are simple as there is also a purpose built BBQ for your use. You can make local and international calls free of charge

There is complimentary use of a safe for your personal belongings.

The spacious lounge, complete with sofas and coffee tables, comes equipped with cable TV, DVD/VCR, CD player and there are sliding patio doors to the pool terrace.

The large kitchen is equipped with everything! Oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, electric juicer, food mixer, blender and toaster. There is also a dining area here.  There is a separate utility room with washing machine, dryer, laundry basket, iron and ironing board.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, television, clock radio, telephone, an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The en suite has a walk-in shower, WC and double washbasin vanity unit.

The double bedroom has its own en suite powder room (a toilet and wash basin vanity unit) and there is an exit from the en suite directly onto the sun terrace. The remaining twin bedroom has a bathroom adjacent to it. This bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, WC and washbasin vanity unit.
