Emerald Villa is a spacious five bedroom home with its own Private Pool & Hot Tub, located in the prestigious Hampton Lakes development, only 12 miles from the gates of Walt Disney World theme parks. Our lovely villa provides all the luxuries of home and our aim is to provide you with a comfortable & relaxing vacation! Our home caters to guests with mobility difficulties by providing an adjustable shower stool & grab handles in the main shower. The two en-suite Master Bedrooms are located on the ground floor and we have portable ramps for wheelchair access over the small step at the front door & pool deck door. There is also a handrail at the steps to the pool. Master Bedroom 1 has an impressive NEW KING BED Suite & includes an en-suite bath & shower, which is also accessible for anyone with restricted mobility. There's an adjustable stool available & grab handles in the shower. There is a large walk-in closet where there's ample storage for all your luggage. We have added a Safe for valuables (passports etc) to give you extra peace of mind. This room benefits from a new LCD TV, DVD player and FiOS cable channels. Master Bedroom 2 includes an en-suite shower and features a NEW Queen Bedroom Suite with a new firm mattress. Radio alarm clocks are available in all bedrooms & this room benefits from a new LCD TV, DVD player and FiOS cable channels. Bed linen is available for all beds and is located in various closets through the home. Twin Bedroom 1 is upstairs and shares the main bathroom & shower with the other twin rooms. There is a TV for playing DVDs and plenty of drawer and storage space. Twin Bedroom 2 also has a TV for DVDs and has similar storage & drawer space available. Hairdryers are available in the Master Bedroom en-suite and the main bathroom. Twin Bedroom 3 is an impressive room with another large walk-in closet. This room can be converted into a King Size Double by putting the 2 beds together and using a mattress topper (no falling between 2 single mattresses !!). This gives us a flexible approach to accommodate different sizes of parties .... just let us know in advance if you want a 3rd Double room & it will be ready for your arrival. Crib .... we provide a travel crib (pack & play) for babies. This can be moved to any preferred bedroom & linen is provided. However, given babies can be sensitive, we do recommend that you bring your own linen and a blanket. There is also a high chair & a stroller for your use.
