Nestled just outside Orlando and amongst beautiful pine trees and orange groves, Highlands Reserve with it's Championship Golf Course has quickly become one of the most desired resorts in the Orlando area.

The feeling of space is apparent from the moment you walk through the door with the sun flooding in through the picture windows and patio doors leading to the South facing sun deck and pool which receives all day sunshine and has a shaded area with table and chairs for al fresco dining.

Our home is one of the new generation of prestige 5 bedroom villas incorporating a generous master bedroom and a downstairs Queen with it's own en-suite and seperate secure access outside to the pool.

Berry Town Centre is a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk away with a Publix Supermarket, various restaurants and takeaways, Petrol Stations and a Bank.

Highlands Reserve is one of Florida's most prestigious golf courses located 40 minutes South West of Orlando International Airport on US27 just 5 minutes North of Highway I4. Your villa is perfectly located within Highlands on a quiet loop. The Club House is a 1 minute walk away. Local shops and amenities are a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk, with restaurants to suit every taste located along US192 just 10 minutes away by car.

If you fancy a trip out to the coast, you'll find either the Gulf or Atlantic just an hour away in either direction. We are perfect also for checking out the Kennedy Space Centre or Busch Gardens. Orlando International is 40 minutes. Sanford International 50 minutes. Tampa International 1 hour. Miami International 3 and a half hours away.

We want your stay to be perfect with us. We realise that, for many families, your visit to Florida may be "Once in a Lifetime" and hope that we can give you a level of service, help and advice that puts your mind at ease and lets you focus 100% on your particular experience.

We also remember our first trip to Orlando and how we wasted precious holiday time by not being aware of the way things are done over here. The Living/Lounge area is perfect for families to relax together. To enjoy the state of the art entertainment system and extra large flat screen TV.

It is fully air-conditioned with a ceiling fan, satellite and cable, DVD player and telephone with free local calls.

The 3 double patio doors leading to the sun deck and pool let the sun flood in giving a lovely airy and spacious feel to the whole area.

Kitchen

You will love our kitchen. It is beautifully appointed and has everything you need including a huge walk-in fridge and breakfast area along with an abundance of luxury amenities that leaves you well equipped to use all the usual items you would expect to find at home.

The cooking area, double sink and counter tops/worktops are perfectly angled so that you can cook/wash the dishes and be fully involved with the living room and keep an eye on all the family around the pool.

The Laundry room placed off the kitchen behind closed doors to maintain your peace.
Dining
All cutlery/crockery and utensils are provided that you can dine in any of the 4 dining areas and enjoy your experience from a tray on your knees in front of the TV to a formal dining experience or al fresco under the stars in the warm Florida evening breeze.
You can choose whatever takes your mood and suits you best.
Bedrooms
5 bedrooms, sleeps 10.
All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and High speed internet access.
Upstairs, the Master bedroom contains a king sized bed and overlooks the pool area. There is a huge walk-in wardrobe, flat screen TV, safe, hairdryer, His and Hers En-Suite facilities with large Double walk-in shower and private WC.
Along the galleried landing, we have a further 3 twin bedrooms. All have flat screen TVs and walk -in wardrobes.

Downstairs, we have a Queen bedroom with a private En-Suite, and seperate secure access to the sun deck and pool area, perfect for those who prefer not to manage the stairs.

We have a large En-Suite bathroom within the Master bedroom with His and Hers sinks, walk-in shower, perfect for hosing the kids down, hair dryer and private WC.
The main family bathroom is located upstairs off the galleried landing containing Bath, Shower, His and Hers sinks,hairdryer and private WC.
Downstairs, serving the twin bedroom, we have an En-Suite with sink, shower, private WC and seperate secure access to the sun deck/pool area which can also be used by all as convenience from the pool.

The games room is situated in the garage and has a Pool Table, Air hockey and a Foosball Table.

You have unlimited access to one of the largest and best located pools on Highlands Reserve. It is South Facing, ideal to view the magnificent Florida Sunrises and Sunsets.
The extended sun deck with sun loungers is perfect for topping up your tan.
The shaded area with dining facilities is ideal for relaxed Al Fresco dining after a full day at the parks.
Please use the safety fence to keep your little ones safe around the pool.
Outside
Your Florida holiday property in the sun is set in one of the largest plots on Highlands Reserve and is turfed and planted on all sides.
It has room for off road parking on the drive in front of the garage.

As you enter the community, and pass the welcoming waterfall, you drive down the main tree lined Highlands Reserve Blvd and pass the clubhouse on your right. Highlands Reserve Davenport Golf Course after a thunder storm

The Highlands Reserve vacation rental community is split into seven subdivisions. Most have golf related names you will recognise including, Troon, Belfry and Gleneagles. If the names inspire you to enjoy a round of golf, then tee times can be booked at the clubhouse. The course is ideal for golfers of all levels. With wide open fairways, undulating greens and only one water hazard on the tenth hole.

For a different golfing experience why not try the Country Club at Champions Gate or Ridgewood Lakes both of which are nearby. Other local courses include Southern Dunes, Reunion Resort (3 courses) and Champions Gate (2 courses). So many options so little time!

After a hard round of golf why not check out the locals favourite bar, the Paddy Wagon! Located at Berry Town Center, the nearby shopping plaza, the Paddy Wagon has quiz nights, ladies night and lots of drink specials. As well as multiple tv screens showing all your favourite sports and English Premier football.

If you are in Orlando to visit the theme parks then Highlands Reserve is a great location with Disney World's main gate only 15 minutes away. Whilst, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and SeaWorld are around 25 minutes away by car.

Fancy a day at the beach, no problem, Highlands Reserve is located about an hour from either coast. Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic is great for surfing. Whilst, Clearwater Beach on the Gulf Coast is ideal for swimming or relaxing in the calm warm waters, which live up to it’s name!

All our Highlands Reserve Davenport villas are located around 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Sanford (SFB) and Tampa (TPA) airports are just over an hour away. British Airways and Virgin Atlantic fly direct to Orlando and Tampa along with a number of other airlines. Most tour operators like Thomson fly into Sanford airport.

A great advantage of staying on Highlands Reserve is the size of the lots the villas are built on. Having oversized lots means the homes are not right on top of each other, which you often see on other Orlando villa communities.

Guests come back year after year to Highlands Reserve making it one of the most popular villa communities in Orlando. With its great location, excellent golf course and larger than normal homes, it’s easy to see why!

Highlands Reserve Villas: Driving Distances to the Orlando Theme Parks

We have added the actual driving distances to the main Orlando theme parks. These are not the distances to the main gate which most people quote, but to the car park for each attraction.

Most journeys to the parks are via highways or the main I-4 Interstate. Driving at speeds of 55-65 MPH makes it quick to get there, and all attractions are well sign posted.
