The villa is situated in a quiet secure residential area, where the properties are owned by US citizens & UK owners alike. The area provides a relaxed environment in a safe rural atmosphere yet only 35-45 mins from Disney World attractions & within easy reach of all other main attractions such as, Universal Studios, Wet 'N' Wild, Island of Adventure & Sea World. The Villa is 45 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport. It's also an ideal location if you wish to travel & discover Florida. Bedrooms 3, Sleeps 6 - There are 3 Bedrooms comfortable enough to sleep 6 Adults also sofa bed in Master bedroom. MASTER BEDROOM - with King size bed and en-suite facilities. Has a large walk in wardrobe & vanity unit. For your convenience this room is also equipped with hair dryers & straighteners with a double sofa bed. BEDROOM 2 - is a Queen size bed with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers & bedside cabinets. BEDROOM 3 - has 2 single beds, large fitted wardrobes & bedside cabinet. Bathrooms 2, 1 en-suites - Master Bath Room has shower & toilet facilities. Bathroom 1 - Toilet, Bath & Shower facilities. Villa has adequate towels for home & beach use. 2 Large living room areas: THE FAMILY ROOM - is situated next to bedroom 2 & 3 and is equipped with a 50 Inch Plasma TV together with DVD player & cable TV. A selection of DVD's are available for you to use. Full vision from the pool to this room & Vice Versa. THE LIVING ROOM - is away from the pool area and is situated at the front of the villa outside the Master Bedroom. You can sit and relax here (books provided) while kids or other family members are at the pool or watching the TV in the other room. A CD player is in this lounge. Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, liquidiser, waste disposal, toaster, fridge freezer, washer & dryer (In separate utility room) Dining area with 6 chairs and dining table, also large breakfast bar with seating. A high chair provided for a small child. Patio doors here provide access to the pool area. Games Room - 6 Bicycles in garage for enenrgetic families. Outside - A coal BBQ will be in the garage Garage - Large double garage with 6 bicycles. Also has gym bench & weights. Internet Access - No Baby Equipment - Travel cot and a high chair, also 2 baby strollers. Pool - Large Kidney shape swimming pool, with child safety enclosure. The pool is solar heated and its fully screened with a fine mesh and has steps leading into the pool at the shallow end. The pool area has a table and 6 chairs with sun umbrella & 4 sun beds. Various inflatable items can be found in the garage. The villa is fully air conditioned for your comfort. The villa is fully furnished with full sets of bedding changes and more than adequate towels for home & beach use. - This gives you more space in your suit case to take home presents and gifts.
