No matter what your preference …. total relaxation or fast paced excitement, Florida has it all, and the location of our Florida Villa at Bridgewater Crossing will provide a perfect base for you and your family to enjoy your holiday to the full.

Our villa is fully furnished and kept to the very highest highest standards at all times as we are regular visitors ourselves. A local management company provides additional support for guests, whatever their needs.

Centrally heated and fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans throughout for extra comfort - including the lanai in the pool area. Every room has large flat screen TV's with Cable TV connection with channels inc Disney and Nicolodean for the youngest and Hallmark and ESPN for the older kids.

Bridgewater Crossing is a traditional sidewalk community with many lakes ideal setting for fishing, walking. Our villa is located on a large corner plot at the edge of a large pond and within a small development of just 20 villas on a no through road. On the estate are tennis courts, volley ball court, basketball court, BBQ area, children's play area and a communal pool and a 45 acre deep water lake and lakefront nature trail.

Bridgewater Crossing is off Ronald Reagan Parkway which is within 2 mins of the I4 (junction 58) Just 10 mins from the entrances of Walt Disney World - all Orlando's attractions within easy reach. We're so close to Disney that you can pop back for lunch and an afternoon swim before returning refreshed to the parks later in the day.

There is a gas station about 2 mins away which sells your basic provisions, milk, bread, butter, fruit, vegetables. Prosner park is just 5 miles away, There is also a post office (5 mins), pharmacy (4 mins) and restaurants (5 mins) on the US27 away.

Keen golfers can play a round on the 36 hole golf course designed by Gregg Norman - "The Champions Gate" - just 5 mins away. There is a Publix supermarket, Chinese takeaway, Subway, McDonalds and video rental store at its entrance.
