Set on a complex filled by a majority of residential villas, the quiet setting, interrupted only by local wildlife, ensures you can spend lazy days by the pool or explore the plethora of things to see-and-do in the immediate area.

With the villa being specifically designed it gives you an open airy space that is of course fully air-conditioned throughout to really get your holiday going.

The villa's "L" shaped living space flows from the casual dining area, into the kitchen itself, then through into the more formal dining area and into the living room. From there you can go through the large patio doors onto the lanai and our lovely 30ft X 15ft private pool and huge sun deck.

The villa now also benefits from floor tiles from the entrance through to the kitchen, dining and bathroom areas, this latest upgrade has been added summer 2014.

Though the villa comfortably sleeps 8 there is a sofa bed in the lounge which will sleep an additional 2 comfortably making it ideal for two families coming together.

Ideally placed to US 192, the Florida Parkway and Turnpike providing easy access to Disneyland and other popular theme parks, all interests are truly catered for during your stay with boating, fishing and golf readily found. Golfers are spoilt in the region with more than 100 courses in close proximity to the villa which has been on a number of occasions used by golfing parties in search of a convenient base
