When we selected our Florida Villa we looked at all developments and layouts before choosing Southern Dunes and our 4 Bed 3 Bath Florida home.

Our layout offers three great areas to relax and enjoy yourselves when resting between your trips out. Kept to a very high standard and regularly updated, our villa is light and decorated in neutral colours to suit all tastes. The villa gives you spacious living with both quiet areas and entertaining areas. Air conditioned throughout with the added benefit of ceiling fans in all rooms.

The front lounge has a large vaulted ceiling providing a seating area and the main dinning area with a large table and 8 Chairs. An arched opening leads through to the rear area comprising the kitchen area with nook for occasional eating and rear lounge with sofas. This area also has the main TV and DVD player with the cable box.

Our extended pool deck is sunny all day with up to 6 loungers and chairs - an ideal place to relax after a day in the parks. Solar panels provide FREE pool heating during summer months though the additional heat pump may be required during colder months.

Fully alarmed and monitored for your added security, the villa also has a safe available for your valuables.

The villa is wheelchair accessible and further facilities for disabled access can be provided by prior arrangement at time of booking.

SOUTHERN DUNES itself is located 20 minutes from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal and close to Tampa and Busch Gardens. In a quiet Gated residential area, it affords the best of both worlds - close enough to the Orlando attractions for ease of access but also giving quick access to the beaches of the west coast if you want a rest from the Theme Parks. There is a Wal-mart at the entrance to the community together with restaurants, including the very popular Many's, fast food outlets, Eckard's, video rental shops and banks.

In fact everything you need on the doorstep. If you desire you can actually walk to them.
