Sandy Ridge Villa Welcome to our 4 bed 3 bath pool home, complete with two master suites, situated in the much sought after community of Sandy Ridge, the heart of central Florida, only 15 minutes from all of the theme parks and water parks of Walt Disney World, and 20 minutes from the Islands of Adventure, Universal and Sea World.
The Villa is big enough for two large families. The villa has 4
bedrooms; 2 double each with en-suite facilities and 2 twin rooms with a
shared bathroom. With a sofa bed in the living room the villa
comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are
provided. Management company on call 24/7. A 35 minute drive from
Orlando International Airport.
All rooms have a relaxing, bright and airy feel. Full air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in every room. The villa has been furnished in a contemporary manor with the emphasis on style and comfort. The location. The location of Sandy Ridge is perfect, a conservation area, resulting in the feeling of a country retreat, yet the community is conveniently close to Junction 58 of the I4, giving access to Walt Disney World in less than 15 minutes. The Champions Gate development is just a 5 minutes drive away and here you will find a Publix Supermarket, Macdonald's, Subway, petrol station, banking facilities and other small retail outlets, plus a Chinese takeaway and Italian Trattoria, both of whom provide delivery to the Sandy Ridge area. Golfers will find 3 golf courses at Champions Gate. Even closer is the upscale resort of Reunion, home to 3 championship courses. Rooms

The living room and formal dining area are adjoined to give an
open plan spacious feel. For your convenience there is a
downstairs powder room with toilet. Two comfy sofas and a single
seat. There is a 32' widescreen TV, DVD and WIFI internet access
(just bring your laptop)
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar has a built in
oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, large
fridge, blender and all the crockery & utensils you will need.
Utility room with washer, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.
Pool Deck
The spacious decking area around the private pool is surrounded by
a fine fly screen and can be heated if required (arrange at time
of booking) and is illuminated at night for that moonlight dip.
Games Room
The double garage has been converted into a games room - full size
Pool Table, Table Tennis Table, Basketball game and darts.
