Lounge with 52” TV, DVD player (which takes USA & UK DVD’s) WiFi, along
with a gorgeous pool, & is set on a preserved woodland estate looking
out onto a pond & woodland.
FacilitiesThis gorgeous house is located in the heart of Florida, just 2 miles
from Interstate 4 at Exit 58, next to Champion’s Gate, and an 18-hole
golf course designed by Greg Norman. Being 10 minutes from Walt Disney
World, this house is also conveniently located next to restaurants,
shopping malls, grocery stores, Sea World, Universal Studios and Premium
Outlet Malls.
Living
This spacious 4-bedroom,2-bath, fully furnished house features scenic views of our natural pond & preserved woodland from the patio or large living room windows. Watch Sand Cranes, Cardinals, Ospreys, Herons, Egrets, Ibises, and Cranes, feed and nest in your backyard tropical paradise, together with Racoons & Squirrels, we even had a Bald Eagle in the trees outside our home. Our Lounge is comfortably furnished & includes a large screen TV, multi region DVD & music centre.
Kitchen
Inside our gorgeous home is a kitchen with all amenities included. You can enjoy easy, inexpensive meals by the refreshing pool and save your money for fun vacationing in the many attractions nearby.

Outside in the Lanai we have a large table & chairs for dining alfresco, further table, chairs & sun loungers to relax in & a large moveable parasol so that you can have shade where needed plus a 4 burner Gas Barbeque, After your day at the local attractions, you can kick your feet up and relax poolside.

large very private south facing, pool deck. Not overlooked by other properties A few yards down the street is a natural lake stocked with Bass, renters are allowed to fish there without a license, you will need your own fishing rods, but these can be purchased quite cheaply from WalMart
Garage
Our family vacation home even includes a laundry area in the garage with large capacity washer, dryer, iron and for those rainy times we have a Fuseball Table & Air Hockey Table also in the garage to keep young & old children entertained.

Accessible
With the house being all on one level it is possible to access all areas in a wheelchair ( I did with a non weight bearing fractured ankle) The master bedroom has a double door access & the bathroom is also accessible with a wheelchair. There is a step down onto the lanai & poolside but a small ramp can be provided if needed, unfortunately it is not possible to enter the pool without assistance

Thousand Oakes, aptly named surrounded by stunning woodland conservation of oaks and pine trees and a multitude of lakes with wildlife to view. Enjoy the thrills and adventures of all the main attractions within easy reach of Thousand Oakes. Just a short drive away is Reunion and Champions Gate for outstanding golf courses, retail outlets and restaurants. There is a also a large Publix supermarket at Champions Gate for your local amenities. For the shoppers, a few minutes drive will take you to the Florida Mall, and Mall at Millenia with an endless array of retail and designer stores. There is easy access to the I-4 to explore trips further afield towards the Gulf and Atlantic coastline. |
